1/20/11 FBCE Kenya's Missions Team Please be in prayer for the entire Kenya Mission's Team. They will be leaving Thursday 9/15 and return Saturday (September 24). The prayer support for the team and also for their families at home is powerful in what it does to help, support, protect, and save. Please pray for our Missions Team.

Christchurch, Louisville Colorado Scott Kelly and wife Megan have been at work starting Christchurch. They have now gotten space for a regular meeting and service area.
FIRST MEETING WAS HELD 9/12/10

Carrie Beth is in the states raising support. She hopes to return to Germany where she serves at Black Forest Academy, an international boarding school for missionary kids whose parents are serving in over 50 different countries. She serves as a 4th grade teacher at BFA's elementary school.. Currently she is at 30% of her needed support. In order for her to return to the field she needs to be at 100%. She needs 33 people giving at $100/month or 66 people at $50/month. While in the states she is going through a three week fundraising training course. Currently, she is living in Texas and hopes to return to Germany, if at 100%, to start the 2nd semester. Moms in Touch International, Is a group of mothers, who gather to pray for children and their schools. This is a worldwide organization, with 25 years of praying. There will be a taping of a live event Oct. 9-10 in San Diego, which will be played back in churches Nov. 14 2009. Prayer is needed for this event, as well as participation. Jerry and Cathy Hertzler We could not be more excited about the opportunities and responsibilities God has given us to help reach the world! Right now we are working to make Biblical training for pastors available on mobile phones in areas where the Church is growing faster than she can train new leaders. Read more here. We also help coordinate the use of Campus Crusade for Christ's evangelistic Internet outreaches that produce sites like EveryStudent.com (in English and 35 other languages). Typically, about 250 people each day are indicating they have received Christ while on this site! you may send a gift online at www.hertzlers.com/give or they can send a gift by check at the address at www.hertzlers.com/partnership.

Scott and Erica Goodyear Who now live in St. Peters, MO and are ministering to college athletes in the St. Louis area through CCC ,primarily at the University of Missouri-St. Louis and Lindenwood University. UPDATE Mark and M.J. Grossman - are back in Kenya and seek prayers for the people in that country and their ministry. Pray also for Mark as he is experiencing health issues.

David, Joy, Micah and Caleb Cox , former missionary to Kenya, is looking for ministry in North Carolina. Pray for success in finding where God wants him to be.

Brian and Jamie Powers missionary workers in Arizona. They are Missionaries with the North American Mission Board, they are currently working on college campuses in the East Valley of Metro Phoenix. They seek your prayer for them as they share the gospel with the students in Arizona, also.

Paul and Evonne Boggs - North American Mission Board - They serve in organizing and implementing ministry programs throughout the US.

Ron and Alana Grennwich serving in Brazil - are currently in the U.S. on business and family visitation. They have a dynamic ministry in southern Brazil and God has and is blessing that ministry in many ways. Pray that God's Holy Spirit will continue to empower them as they lead people to Christ and build congregations in that area. They also have children serving as missionaries in other countries.
