New Churches

Christchurch, Louisville Colorado
Scott Kelly and wife Megan have been at work starting Christchurch.
They have now gotten space for a regular meeting and service area.
Pray for them as they expand and meet the needs of this area.

Carrie Beth Watson,
Member FBCE

has been on 6 international and 11 domestic mission trips. After prayer, God
opened the door for her to pursue mission work, full time.
She is in Germany, where she is serving on the staff of Black Forest Academy
in Kandern,Germany.Kandern is an hour from Zurich, Switzerland
and less than hour from St. Louis, France.
BFA is an International School for children of missionaries serving
in more than 20 countries. BFA is a boarding school for
11 different missionary organizations including
the IMB (our Southern Baptist foreign missionaries),
Campus Crusade for Christ, Evangelical Free, Wycliffe Bible,etc.
Carrie Beth is a teacher by vocation, having taught for the past 7 years.
She attended Wm. Jewel Baptist College in Liberty , Mo.
Pray for Carrie beth as she ministers to numerous young men as their house mother.
This often requires months of 24/7 duty.

Southern Baptist Emergency Relief

Prayers are needed for the Relief group as they
attempt to help immediately and in the long run, in Haiti,
as well as other areas of need, both here and abroad.

Moms in Touch International,
Is a group of mothers, who gather to pray for children and their schools.
This is a worldwide organization, with 25 years of praying.
There will be a taping of a live event Oct. 9-10 in San Diego,
which will be played back in churches Nov. 14 2009.
Prayer is needed for this event, as well as participation.

- ministering through Campus Crusade for Christ at Orlando FL - Jerry reports that the
Romanian evangelistic website, EveryStudent.ro,
sees about 3,000 people EACH MONTH indicate a decision to ask Jesus into their lives.
Our websites in Macedonia, Poland, and the Russian language are doing well also, seeing
many people come to faith. Pray that these new believers would grow in their
faith and find a local church to worship with.

Ron and Alana Grennwich
- serving in Brazil - are currently in the U.S. on business and family visitation. They have a
dynamic ministry in southern Brazil and God has and is blessing that ministry in many ways.
Pray that God's Holy Spirit will continue to empower them as they lead people to Christ and
build congregations in that area. They also have children serving as missionaries in other

Ministries in Far East -
Pray for those who have committed their lives to sharing the Gospel of Christ to the millions
there. The people are a lovely people, they are a hard working people. It is estimated that 98%
have never heard of Christ and His salvation. However, it is also estimated the Christian
population has exceeded 1,000,000. Pray for the nations and for those who share the message
of Christ.
